母乳低聚糖(HMOs)三大核心类型占比
母乳低聚糖(HMOs)是母乳中第三大固体成分,也是第一大活性营养成分。目前已鉴定出超过200种HMOs组分;由于寡糖链可以被岩藻糖基化或唾液酸化,它们通常被分为三类:
(a)中性岩藻糖基化HMO(35%-50%)
(b)中性非岩藻糖基化 HMO(42%-55%)
(c)酸性唾液酸化HMO(12%-14%)
